    Delivery and Returns Policy Delivery Arrangements & Costs: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery within the UK is estimated to take 3-5 business days.

     

    Delivery costs: Shipping is free for all single Pokémon card orders, regardless of the number of single card listings in your order. For all other items, shipping is a flat rate of £4.00 per item ordered.

     

    Right to Cancel or Amend Orders: Customers can cancel or amend orders at no cost before the items have been dispatched by contacting us directly. If an order has already been dispatched, customers may still return the item in accordance with our returns policy.  Returns Policy: You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a refund. Unless otherwise stated, we are responsible for the costs of returns for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

     

    Liability for Delays, Loss, or Misrouting: We aim to deliver all orders within the specified timeframe; however, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control may occur. We are not liable for supplementary costs incurred due to delayed, lost, or misrouted orders. If your order is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.  Responsibility for Return Costs: In compliance with UK law, we cover the cost of returns for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied. For returns due to a change of mind or any other reason not related to the product's condition, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.  

     

    VAT Information: All prices listed on our website include VAT at the applicable rate. A detailed VAT breakdown will be included on your invoice upon purchase.
